Black, White and Red 24mm

Scratch built rocket with a couple Estes and Apogee parts. Fins cut from 1/8" plywood. Mostly resembles an early Patriot design. Flown with an Aerotech F63 out in Rio Vista Ca.. Third flight in 8mph westerly wind. Flew real nice and chute deployed good also. Recovered 300' east of launch point. On a future launch the ejection charge went off prematurely destroying the rocket. Bad Aerotech 24mm F-63 ejection charge delay element.
