Returns

Any issues with orders that are a result of fufilment errors or shipping damage may be exchanged or returned at no cost. Please contact sales@flightsketch.com to arrange for assistance within 10 days of recieving your order.

Unopened merchandise in new condition may be returned within 90 days of purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs except for electronics. FlightSketch will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the return or exchange of altimeters & flight computers.

FlightSketch Electronics Warranty

FlightSketch electronics come with a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue during this time, please contact sales@flightsketch.com to arrange for an exchange. Hardware damage due to flight failures (motor CATO, airframe breakup, balistic recovery, etc...) is not covered. Electronics damaged by flight failures are still elligible for a discounted replacement according to our Lost Rocket policy below. If flying the altimeter in the main airframe bay where it will be ejected with the recovery system, a protective pouch or wrap is required for warranty coverage.

FlightSketch Lost Rocket Replacements

Nobody likes watching a rocket drift away and having electronics onboard is even worse! If you loose a FlightSketch altimeter or flight computer, we'll give you a credit towards a replacement. Replacement devices must be sent to the orginal shipping address used. Contact sales@flightsketch.com with the details of your flight to apply for your credit. FlightSketch reserves the right to deny claims for credit if this policy is abused. Please see below for current credit values offered:

  • FlightSketch Mini - $20 towards replacement altimeter
