Flight Description:
Straight off the rail then took a sharp semi-horizontal path to the S / SE limiting overall altitude. Streamer deployed at apogee for visual aid but JLCR failed to open at 200' and subsequently locked up completely.
This was the 1st test flight after initial test became unstable within 50' of rail clearance.
