Flight Description:
1st flight of a canted fin/spin stabilized rocket. Launch to apogee was spot on. Chute did not fully open @ 200' due to some scorching. Managed to land in the last 6 sq/yards of water left in the pond east of the pads. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
